What do you want your life journey to be? Have you experienced all. you have wanted to date? What do you need to let go? When considering the path you are currently on, is it the right one for you? What is the destination you aim to get to? Who do you want along with you on the way? Are you able for the journey? If not, what tools and supports do you need?
April 24th presents a Full Moon - called a Pink Moon. As the path ahead is illuminated, do you feel prepared and ready for the journey?
Last weekend, in the glorious weather that we in Ireland on a rare occasion experience, I had a great opportunity to tend to my fathers prized roses, as he is no longer able for gardening like he used to enjoy. Supported by his close friend, we pruned, thinned out and removed a lot of dead stems that I hadn't before noticed. Even deadheading the old roses brought to my attention how energy is often going to things no longer active in our life so by identifying them, removing them, and allowing our energy to go to what we want to bloom, will ensure that we are making space for good rather than mediocre growth.
For my own health check, I have been going through various tests and check ups in recent weeks - from dental, to dexa, and general physical check. Thankfully I can report all have come back good so far. Yet while I might be medically healthy, there is still more for me to do to get fit and nutritionally healthy through a better routine with exercise and food. So knowing, one aspect of my life is good now allows me to focus on the next. I invite you to consider how you are assessing and nurturing your health, as we need the energy, health and wellness to move effectively forward.
Following our recent moon letter about the Wheel of Life (and Death), how are you identifying the aspects of your life that may need attention?
This Full Moon Newsletter
In this Moonletter, I invite you to consider, what illuminates your path ahead? Whatever inspires us or how we consider the path already explored, we are often too caught up in thinking we don't have enough time, don't have enough money, or old habits get in the way (procrastination, hesitation, self-doubt, fear).
Whether faith, life experience, business acumen, or education have prepared you for your journey, how do you fine tune their relevance to support you along the way?
Earlier this month there were the celebrations of Easter and Ramadan. Considering all the attrocities in the world, it can often seem wrong to consider faith, yet it is often the core of what guides us - not religion, but our values and belief in ourselves and those around us. We wrote a blog about Faith. 'How Does Your Faith Guide You?' as we surely need something to help us take the journey and continue when we met challenges, and also when we doubt we are on the right path. You can read it here
Yet another blog I wrote is about honouring the journey, by writing your Eulogy. How do you mark your life so far lived? Read more here
