My career has taken me from Ireland to the Caribbean and the Pacific, where I worked across corporate, nonprofit, and community sectors. Along the way, I’ve navigated extraordinary challenges: surviving a serious accident in Papua New Guinea, managing crisis situations in Jamaica, Haiti, and Papua New Guinea, as well as navigating a social enterprise in Ireland through the Covid-19 pandemic, and now caring for my father through vascular dementia. These experiences have taught me first-hand the importance of planning ahead, building resilience and creating space for both life lived and life yet to come.

With a background in business, anthropology and a career spanning across 25 years in human resource management, and business leadership, I am an accredited executive and life coach, as well as a social researcher.

I was inspired to create Living Legacy to support other people to fulfill their dreams, consider the life unlived, and build and live their legacy. Working with people from all ages and all walks of life, this is an enriching experience and one I look forward to sharing with you.
