Who am I to Help You? - I am Jennifer McConnell
Founder of Living Legacy | Accredited Coach & Mentor | Certified End-of-Life Planner | Experienced HR Practitioner
Following an adventure filled life spanning Jamaica, Haiti, Papua New Guinea and Ireland, I have led organisations operating during crisis, suffered a personal accident in 2016, and along with the rest of the world had to navigate personal and professional pressures during a pandemic. With these experiences it was clear that more needs to be done for individuals and organisations to be prepared to future proof for the unknown, and the inevitable endings where we handover the reigns for others to take charge.
With over 25 years’ global experience in leadership, HR, and crisis management — and as an accredited executive coach, certified end-of-life planner, and anthropologist — I bring both expertise and lived experience to helping you navigate the journey of advance planning.
My role is to guide you — as coach and facilitator — to consider, plan, and protect what matters most, so you can focus on living fully today.
My passion is in supporting the difficult considerations as you future-proof - so that no matter what comes your way, you and those around you are prepared.
